Counsellor Psychotherapist
Specialising in Men, Women and Couples

Working with me will be one of the best things you can do for yourself, your loved ones, your partner, your business, career and your future.

Many people face emotional challenges that feel overwhelming or difficult to overcome. Men often struggle with self-worth, expressing their emotions, and finding balance amidst societal pressures. Women may feel weighed down by anxiety, the pressure of juggling multiple roles, or find themselves stuck in a cycle of poor relationship choices. Couples frequently experience communication breakdowns or find it hard to stay connected during life transitions, leading to frustration and disconnection.

These challenges can affect every area of your life, leaving you feeling stuck, frustrated, or lost.

I’m here to help. As a compassionate, empathetic therapist, I provide a safe, judgement-free space where you can explore these struggles and begin to find clarity. Using a holistic approach, I work with you to understand the root of your emotional pain, helping you rebuild self-esteem, express your emotions in healthier ways, and create stronger, more fulfilling relationships. Whether you’re an individual or a couple, I use proven therapeutic methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Bowen Family Systems Theory, and mindfulness to offer practical tools for lasting change.

If you're ready to break unhealthy patterns, reduce anxiety, or reconnect with your partner, I invite you to schedule a complimentary discovery call. Let’s take the first step towards creating the change you deserve—together.

I Specialise In...

Men: Men are not taught how to feel so they solve problems by doing something practical, but eventually, they can't fix themselves or their situations with a practical solution. They then need to take care of themselves emotionally by finding the internal tools to live well, offer safety to those around them and feel needed and appreciated. So we get to talk honestly about what you need to thrive.

Relationships: Your relationship will be the single most challenging experience of your lifetime. It will provide you with the strength to carry on and the pain to want to give up. Your relationship health is more valuable than all the money you will accumulate in a lifetime. So why do we expect it to thrive with almost no investment? Imagine how good it could be if you knew how to make it work and had the tools to make your relationship thrive. That's where I can help you.

Women: Women often find themselves juggling multiple roles—career, family, and personal life—leading to feelings of burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm. Many also find themselves trapped in repetitive relationship patterns, eventually asking, "Why do I keep choosing the same type of partner? Why do I feel this way? Why am I so unhappy? Who am I? and Why does it seem that everyone is doing better than I am? So lets unravel your life and love patterns and establish good patterns and fantastic boundaries.

  • If I am in a session or away from my phone, I will respond with a text or email offering a time for a free 15-minute discovery call.

  • Once you have agreed to a time, I will call you, and we can chat about what is happening in your life; you get to ask any questions, and I will see if I have the skills to help with your particular concerns.

  • I will suggest an initial appointment and offer a few date and time options.

  • If I am not taking new clients then I can put you on the waitlist which is typically a few weeks.

  • The appointments can take place face-to-face in Burleigh Heads or online via Zoom.

  • I will set them up for you.

  • You will be required to fill in an online form and agree to my counselling terms before your first session commences.

  • Once we have an agreed time, I will send you an automated booking confirmation and an invoice.

  • Invoices must be paid 48 hours before your session to confirm them.

  • Free cancellations are offered 48 hours before a session starts.

  • Once you arrive, we will sit down, and I will start the conversation, asking you questions and giving you space to talk. For the first session, I will listen and ensure I hear you and understand your situation.

  • At the end of the session, you can book additional sessions or take some time to consider your desired progress.

  • There is no expectation; everything is 100 per cent confidential. The ethics of my industry bind me to provide you with the very best care, and I take that very seriously.
